Rear Spoiler Inquiry

Has anyone used or purchased a rear spoiler from TRDparts4u.com? They state the rear spoiler they carry for the 07' 4Runner, comes with the "hump". I want to make sure of this before I go ahead and order. I somehow can never get someone on the phone to ask, only through emails.

be careful alot of spoilers that are installed not from factory
will retain water and leak evertime you open it.

Did the spoiler you purchased come with the hump? Leaks from the bolt/seal area or the entire unit itself?
