rear spoiler problem

I took mine off several months back for make room for my cargo carrier. Today I tried to put it back on (which involved removing the bolts I siliconed in). Two of them won't unscrew! The actual flanged threaded insert that it goes into spins freely. I don't know how the heck that happened. How can I get it out?

Just out of curiosity, which cargo carrier did you go with and do you have any pics of it on the vehicle? Also, I'd like to see what the solution will be to your issue as I might face it myself if I end up taking out the spoiler too...

It is my Yakima Rocketbox. I forget the model, super long one.

I just took off my OEM tracks, and am going to install rhino rack tracks about 6" further forward. (same groove as OEM). Even without the spoiler, my windshield fluid cap was hitting it somewhat.
