Rear Spoiler Removal?

Anybody have some tips in removing the spoiler from the tailgate?
My garage door took a bite out of mine.:help:

search for member 20164runnersr5 , he took his off his spoiler for a paint issue. He lays it all out in that thread.

I've done this before, but without any instructions. It's not so bad.
