Rear Spoiler?

Just bought an 09 T4R Sport. What does everyone think of the rear spoiler. I have considered removing it, but I don't think there's a top center brake light underneath. Is there a simple fix to this?

If you want to take it off, do so. Myself I like mine, gives me a hand hold when washing the top rear of my 4Runner. Also if one has the rear window open it keep the exhaust from entering.:

Personally, I can't stand the looks of the 4runner w/o the spoiler, but thats just me.

Why don't you like the spoiler? I think the spoiler complimants the 4runner.

Same here, I really like having it. However, even if I didn't, it wouldn't be worth it as there wouldn't be a third brake light and mounting holes to contend with.

Not really, T4R's from the factory with a spoiler have a spot for third brake light that you can see but it is not open. You would have to have it cut out to accommodate the third brake light. The other thing to is you would have to get the wholes from the mount bolts for the spoiler filled, primed, and painted.

Personally, I like the spoilers on the T4R's. I don't have one currently but I'll be getting one. They look to plan to me without one.
