Rear view mirror swap

Probably stupid to ask, but how does one remove this sunglasses storage piece to replace the rear view mirror?

Pop the plastic off the light. There's a screw (or 2) in there. Undo that, then it should come down and you slide it off. Before doing that, reach up near where the rear view mirror attaches and remove that piece of plastic as well (it pops out).

Easy peasy.

Thanks guys. I had removed the plastic over the lights but missed the screw holding it in.

I did search before asking but none of these results came up for me. Thanks for the links.
