Rear Wheel Wobble

My passenger noticed this but when driving my passenger side rear wheel looks to wobble. At first I had my spare on due to a flat and just assumed the spare rim was bent, but after replacing my flat tire and putting my good rim back on I get the same wobble. I don't feel anything while driving but there is definately a visable wobble at anything over 20mph. What could this be? I don't believe this vehicle has been in any serious accidents as it is a one owner and there was no evidence of an accident on the title.

Any thoughts?

I would guess it has to be a bent spline or something.

hard to beleave that your wheel wobbles without any shaking above 20mph.
