Rear window problems in my 89

I took my top off last week for what appeared to be the first time judging by the condition of the paint on the siderails. Had fun for a few days, no 4-wheelin, just drove it to work a few times. I went to put the top back on and hooked up the plug at the back and all.....but now my back glass wont move, cant hear the window motor or anything. Is there something Im missing?

The plug shouldn't affect the back window. It doesn't on my anyways. Check and make sure you don't accidentally have your rear wiper on.

Did you put all the bolts back in the top? I think there is a switch
under one of them.

Thats what did it. I was missing two bolts and took everything out of the truck yesterday to find them. Once they were in it started working again.
