Rear Window Vent Visor

Hey guys, new to the forum, but has anyone seen/heard of anyone putting a rain vent visor on the rear window of their T4R? I recently saw one and didn't mind the look of it, but haven't seen anything online about it. I wonder if the sunroof one would work for it?

It's an option from the factory, the rear spoiler!

Maybe try one from a Tacoma. I've never heard of that and I'm certain the moon roof one would be too small and look dumb.

You are not going to find one and if you do, they won't be around long after they get hit with a lawsuit. Putting a visor on it would only encourage more carbon monoxide to enter the cabin. You shouldn't have the rear window down when the engine is running. There is a reason that the 4 runner is one of only a few models that have a functional rear window.

Yes, that's true, but many of us use our rigs to sleep in while camping and leave the rear and back side windows open for good cross ventilation. I actually built velcro attached screens for the three rear windows and love the breeze without the bugs. Due to the vertical curvature of the windows, any rain at all comes right into the cab. Easily available deflectors for the side windows work and allow the window to be open slightly for fresh air, but it would be nice if there was something similar for the rear window that could be glued on or attached in some manner. Of course, for the reasons you mentioned, closing the rear window while the engine is running, especially when driving.
