rear window weather stripping

My weather stripping on the bottom of the rear window and become lose. The window will still go up and down but the weather stripping goes down with it. I figure its a matter of time before it gets wrapped around something and the window won't go back up. Is there any way to replace the stripping without taking it to a repair shop?
Its an 03 limited v8.
