rear wiper, rear window, door locks?

long story short. a couple years ago my inside door locks quit working. I could lock with the key fob, but would not work on door handle. about the same time, my window quit going down all the way. only about an inch? think it is hitting the wiper?
this past week I went to lock the doors with the key fob and it wasn't working. thought the battery went dead in fob. changed battery and still nothing. was driving the 4runner and tried to use rear wiper and it didn't work. rear defroster isn't working when I hit the button and window won't go down at all. also, back cargo light won't cut on when hatch is opened
looked at the fuses and couldn't see 1 that looked blown? what should I check? is it the dreaded high dollar module causing all this?

For the rear wiper and defrost and possibly cargo light not working did you look at the wiring between hatch and body? It's an easy check under the boot between them, for a start.

I had looked at the boot in rear hatch yesterday but didn’t pull boot. Just went out and pulled boot. Yup! 2 wires cut. Just got them reconnected and now the fob works, rear cargo light works when hatch was open. Rear wiper and defroster work. The rear window switch still doesn’t work on dash, but when I use the key in lock and fob, it will go down an inch and get in bind. The door locks are still not working on the inside buttons.
I just used the key fob to lower the rear window to watch it and when it went down the inch, it acted up again. Like I hadn’t reconnected the wires. When I turned key to raise. Lights and wiper came back on. Need to take back hatch panel off and check those wires? Just need to figure out door locks and rear window binding

Well. Just took back panel off door and metal plate. Tightened bolts to rear window assembly and still wouldn’t go down. Tried looking at the track. Nothing bothering it. Finally saw the window hitting on black plastic piece, assuming some piece of rear wiper motor assembly. Pushed on it to get it up out of the way. Now the back window will go all the way down. So glad. Just need to figure interior door locks now. Thanks again

Exposed wiring in the hatch caused me a lot of issues.
