The tab on my rear wiper, where the the wiper can be lifted up, is broken, so I only get partial contact of the wiper on the rear window. Any idea on how to fix?

You need a new wiper arm to replace the old one. You can get them from the dealer I believe... I forget how much.
Also if you look at the cover that pops over the spline shaft for the wiper blade, there's a tab inside that limits the wiper arm movement and causes those arms to break if pull too far. If you trim the inside of that cap it lets you pull it away for much easier replacement.

I had to do mine , I think it was like 12 , 13 $ @ dealer.

I bought one this summer. Found it on Amazon for half the dealer price. The dealer cost is pretty high for it. Also, it required a 3-jaw puller tool to remove the old one. Go slow and be careful not to damage the splined motor shaft. I applied grease when putting the new one on so hopefully it won't freeze into place so bad.
