Rear Wiper & Washer Not Working

Ok, here's a wierd one. The rear wiper and washer are totally unresponsive. Checked fuse #38, seems fine.
All other functions on the stalk work OK

Any suggestions?

You da man. It seemed to be, but a push of the button seemed to move it a fe millimeters at most, working now.
