Rear Wiper !!!

With winter on it's way here in northeast Ohio, has anyone changed the rear wiper blade? Can't get to it to change it. any way to make it stop half way down? Or any other suggestions would be helpful!!!

Turn the key to on then turn on the rear wiper wait when the wiper move to the middle then turn key to off, that should stay where you can change it.
