So, back in September, I was love tapped on the passenger bumper end cap by someone going around 20-25. At the time, I thought it was just the passenger bumper extension cap that was only damaged from the accident. Today, when I was trying to install the new bumper extension cap, the bolt holes wouldn't line up with the middle bumper, so I think the middle bumper got bent in a few mm, too, from the hit.

As you can see from the pics, the bolt hole location for the bottom bolt and top bolt are off by a few mm. How would you guys go about rebending this? I was brainstorming ideas, and thought of possibly heating the bumper with my propane torch, then maybe hitting it with a rubber mallet a few times. Thoughts?
