Rebuilding a 95?

My wife and I bought a 95 4Runner from her co-worker. We got it for $1,500.00 and it runs pretty good. It has 205,000 miles on it. We bought it for my son for when he starts driving. So, the interior looks like hell. I cant believe anyone would be that rough on any vehicle. The dash pad has a dozen huge cracks in it, the carpet, it has to go. So this is where I am starting, the carpet and dash pad.

So, where can I get carpet and a dash pad that wont break the bank but will also hold up in the Carolina sun?

For the dash, either a salvage yard or someone parting one out.
Start checking the For Sale and post in the Wanted sections of Toyota sites like this and local 4wd club sites.
If you wanted a dash for a 1st Gen I have 2, but won't fit you.
