Rebuilding LCA - What Bushing Kit?

Does anyone have a recommendation on what bushings I should use? I have read that some people have used solid bushing with great results but I have not been able to find any.

What bushing does the community recommend I use?

Solid Bushings? Like aluminum or brass? I've never heard that before...

Do you mean Polyurethane without the sleeve by any chance?

Rebuilt mine with energy suspension. About 10,000 miles no issues

The biggest problem with the ES poly bushings is that they don't come with the metal sleeve but require that you remove the sleeve from your old bushings and move them to the new ones. If you are like many of us and find out that the adjustment bolts are seized you'll have to cut through the sleeves and can't re-use them. I don't believe that you can order just the sleeves if you cut through them. You have to order the whole OEM (or OEM-style) bushings just to get the sleeves.

I've always been a fan of OEM bushings whenever possible on past vehicles to maintain a smooth ride. I assume Toyotas are proven durable?

I'm at 192k miles and am probably due for a new set.

Question for the people who have installed the poly ES bushings.

Can I leave the metal sleeve in place and burn out the existing bushing and then press in the poly bushing and guide bar?

People are referring to the camber bolts that go through the center of the bushings seizing to the inner sleeve of the bushings.
The video you posted above is someone disassembling a bushing after they removed the camber bolts.
