I'm getting ready to buy new tires and am wondering, if my new tires require a different psi will I need to recalibrate my TPMS ? And if so how do I do it ?

Some TPMS have high and low limits. This system seems to be just a low pressure sensing system. The TPMS will trip the light at 28psi (IIRC) and lower. Some have experimented with load range D and E tires and pressure towards 60psi. Nobody has reported a high pressure light.

Many have Revo's and other tires that are happy in the 40+/- range and they've reported no issues.

So... Just get the new tires and then
:worthless

I believe that Toyota has the TPMS hi/lo parameters set to what the manufacturer recommended tire pressure is displayed on a sticker on the driver's door.

When I went from 18" Limited wheels with All season tires to 17" sport rims with snow tires for winter the only adjustment needed was that the TPMS on the sport rims (from another truck on eBay) had to be re-calibrated to communicate with my truck. This cost $60 for four tires at the dealership.
