just showing off the portable smoker. It's mounted in the back yard right now, but easily plugs into the hitch. It was originally just the box, the smoker was added last week.

How far from the back of the truck does this thing sit? I hope you never have to get in the back of the truck once you fire this baby up. :biggrin2:

about 15", the paint does get hot, but not any hotter than the mid-summer texas sun gets it.
and you forget young grasshopper. the rear window rolls down. also the back isn't a trunk, i can easily get things by reaching over the back seat. by the way, when i get my arb, the pit will mount on the front.
