Reclining Rear Seats

I may be making this up, but I think I saw somewhere that someone had rear seats with multiple reclining settings. Does anyone know anything about this?

Japan 4runners (hilux surf) had these. I still think you have to do some modding for them though.

The seat back has multiple places where it can latch to the loop on the body. That's also why the flaps on the back of the tonneau cover have extra slack, so at least that part will work without mods.You can kinda see it here:

Dunno what it takes to put it in a US truck.
