Stay away from Toyota of Lewisville! Had some work done there and upon returning in a month/700 miles with a problem that did not exist before I went there, they wanted to charge me for just hooking up to the diagnostic machine to see what was wrong. The Service Dept. Manager then gave me incorrect information on what needed to be replaced (MAF sensor vs O2 sensor). Cost me even more money/time by buying/replacing the wrong sensor (done elsewhere). Additionally, the price they quoted was approximately 3x what it actually cost to buy the correct sensor and have it replaced.

Their customer service sucks, their Service Mgr was discourteous/unknowledgeable and their prices were ridiculous! I will never set foot in there again.

I highly recommend Metroplex Toyota in Dallas, formerly Redbird Toyota. Have gotten 5 Toyotas from them and counting.

I've purchased from Toyota of Grapevine and had a positive experience. I haggled pretty hard though too.
