I'm about to pull my seats and carpet (front portion) and would like to clean the floorpan really well and rhinoline it. Im curious what products you guys recommend....... I have some rust around the body mount in the driver footwell, quite a bit actually. This is due to a leaky windshield I THINK. So some POR15? Thanks guys

i just did this a few weeks back and gotta say i love the finished product
i used a wire cup on an angle grinder to rough up the surface for better adhesion of the spray in liner. this also cleaned up rust and some nastier bits. then i sprayed it out with an air nozzle and used a can of brake cleaner and some rags to get the surface oil free. i also taped over any bolt holes and drain holes etc. then sprayed black rust-o-leam paint into those after
after about a month its looking great only small scratch in it is from re-installing the passenger seat and its not even all the way through the liner (i used gator guard 2)

There is a thread elsewhere here (which I thought I had bookmarked (don't) and can't currently find). It's a pretty comprehensive thread addressing clearing out the entire interior, stripping, cleaning, prepping, and spraying with 'bedliner'. The specific brand is one I'd never heard of outside of here, but the other replies to the thread have me believing it's the way I want to go when I get to it. The name of the spray material is something really simple, like a guy's first name...but I'll be darned if I can recall it at the moment. Can anyone else?
