It seems like the current trend for tail lights is bright saturated red with a white area for the reverse lights or turn signals. This week I put my original tail lights in just for the heck of it, but I was wondering if it's possible to spray a see-through red paint/dye/whatever on the *inside* of the clear outter portion (while masking the turn signals and reverse lights so they remain clear). This way there would be a red tint to the tail lights, but a lot of light from the brake lights would make it through without a problem.
