Refinishing OEM wheels

Does anyone know how much it would cost to refinish OEM wheels?
I've been searching everywhere for the first gen split spoke Tundra/Sequoia wheels and the only ones I've found some slight corrosion.
Has anyone refinished their wheels? Is it just a powdercoat finish with clear coat?

I have been looking into refinishing my wheels too. I cant remember which thread I saw it on, but think I remember hearing 800 dollars. Not sure on what that included.
