I noticed after installing a diff drop that the support arm that bolts the diff. to the frame on my divers side was all washed out with oil that had built up over the 13 years its been in service. (The area that is destroyed is the rubber gramet that the extra-long bolt goes through on the support arm)
Went to the junkyard and found a used support arm that isnt washed out.
Question is: When attaching this support arm back to the differential, should I use some anti-seize on the bolt threads?
What is the torque specs. on the bolts? My guess is as tight as I can get it?
I dont have a impact wrench.
Any help would be appreciated!
