Yes, I have called 3 times today and only got voicemail. I did leave one voicemail with them. I emailed them yesterday knowing they were closed but hoped they see it this morning and get them out first thing. I also emailed them twice today. Its not a holiday today is it? I wasnt worried yesterday because they were in constant contact with me when I had questions before purchasing the bumper. They got back to me in under hour every time.

I got the stock bumper off with a little help from a youtube video. This is the first Toyota I have torn into so Im not super familiar with how it goes together but it has been very simple so far.
I can see how the new bumper attaches but I have 2 pairs of brackets that Im not sure were to install or when to install. The bigger one in the pic below I thought i figured out but the supplied is not nearly long enough for the job. I just guessing now. I have the winch installed now on the bumper and I ready to put it back together.

The big ones are probably bumper mount supports, which bolt alongside the frame rail in front of the sway bar mounts and below the front body mount bushings to help tie in the lower part of the bumper. Sounds like you figured this out, but they are too small?
The small ones, I'm not sure. Probably brake line or AC line relocates.
Hopefully they will get back to you soon, post pictures when completed!

They should be Emailing you soon Brittany the customer support lady is super nice and attentive. The little brackets for me at least when i had a relentless fab bumper were for the pod cutouts to adjust the lights. They should have included hardware no? im waiting on my relentless bumper to be delivered now... how long did it take from date of purchase to delivery?

The instructions you posted are instructions of how to fabricate their kit bumpers, which they no longer offer

Yes I even said that but the mounting should be very similar since the center portion comes pre fabricated. (the bumper is already done for the OP)
"First off, you'll want to remove your stock bumper and associated components(bumper cover, inner steel crush bar and frame extensions, side bumper supports, tow hooks, skid plate, lights, etc), and then install the pre- fabricated center section over the 8) M10 studs on the end of the frame rails and secure into position with a few of the nuts. The bumper should be raised to the highest desired mounting position (leave a clearance gap of 1/2” minimum at the sides near the fenders)."

The small brackets are definitely for the cube fog lights. I'm not completely sure on the larger brackets but if I had to guess I would say they are probably frame supports of some sort. I have the DIY version (I still haven't finished it :frusty
and I don't have any brackets like that. I've had good luck getting ahold of Relentless Fab in the past though.

Ever figure out what the larger brackets are for?
Did you all ever get an instructions emailed to you? I just received my RF summit bumper. I've watched some YouTube on removing the stock bumper but curious about how the RF brackets get installed. I looked through a CBI install thread, it had 4 brackets by the looks but maybe it's similar in installing? Thanks for the help!
