C ChaosN8 New member Oct 27, 2004 #1 Has anyone either relocated their gas tank themselves or know anyone who has. I hate how much they hang down and was thinking of getting a jeep gas tank and welding it where my spare is. What do u guys think.

fourwd1 Moderator Oct 28, 2004 #2 A lot of people mount various tanks where the spare hangs. On my 1st gen Runner I raised it up 2" in the stock location, helped a lot.
