Remote Entry/Door Locks

Took my 2001 SR5 in for a State inspection. My third brake light was out as well as the two small lights over the rear license plate. The third brake light had wires that been cut. Tech rewired the wires and replaced all bulbs. Yes all light now work but now my Keyless Entry does not work and my power locks only work if key is powered on. Once I turn key off the lock on the door will not lock doors plus the key in the door will not lock the doors wither. They were all working fine until I took it in for state inspection.

Again if key is on all door locks work as well as rear glass and locks work with key in door as well

Any thoughts or idea what may have happened.

You mean all were working until the tech fixed your brake light. Take it back to whoever made that repair and have them check the wiring. The wire harness that travels through the visible loom between the body and rear hatch is an area that is prone to damage.
Why would someone cut the wires to the third brake light? That might be a smoking gun also.
