Remote Oil Filter

Any one ever used a remote oil filter set up to allow for the oil filter location to be moved? Are there any things I need to worry about? I've got an 04 SE V8 4x4 and I was thinking of putting one of those on. Thanks for any advice!

i haven't seen any 4th gen with it but I did consider it once. The only reason why i didn't do it is because i still have to drail the oil from the bottom and the filter in the stock location is easy to get to.

Also i've heard (rare story) that kids would loosen the filter and you know that's not good. I've seen alot of 2nd gens move it either to the inner fender of the driver side or by the front bumper.
