remove front bumper? and turn signals...

any instructions out there on how to take off a 3rd gen front bumper? after looking under it for a while I didn't really want to just start unbolting and unfastening things and maybe end up taking all kinds of extra stuff off...

also how would I go about re-wiring my driving lights so they also function as my turn signals since those will come off with the bumper, is that legal?
