Removed adhesive and chipped paint any ideas

I went to the car wash last week and my rain guards broke off. I made my first mistake and brought in-channel. As I'm removing what's left of the visors cutting up my hands I get to the adhesive fine some goo and wd40 and razors and I'm in business. After I'm removed all the adhesive I noticed the scratches and paint that was removed. I had some carbon fiber and decided it would be a nice cover up (wrong) didn't have enough couldn't make the curve good came out like ****.

What next would clear coat help or should I go another route
