removing front bumper cover?

I have found allot of info on the rear bumper cover but I am looking for info on removing the front bumper cover for my 04 sport. I would really appreciate it if anybody could post up a link.

Wrap a heavy strap around the bumper cover itself (making sure to avoid aluminum support) attach to sturdy post or wall. Do a reverse burn-out. Viola!

If you intend to reinstall the cover, I would recommend proper dissasembly as per this section of the repair manual.
