Removing light housings & the bumper...

I know this can be done, because I've seen it on here before, but I've searched and searched and can't find the answer. If I want to remove the light housings, there's a way you can do it without removing the bumper. Can anyone post instructions on how to do it or point me in the direction to find some? Thanks.
