Removing rear spoiler pins

Car wash pulled the bottom of the spoiler out from the push pins. Ive tried prying the pins out from the liftgate but theyre either rivets or something because it started pulling the surrounding metal up around it. Whats the procedure for removing these pins so I can re-attach this spoiler?

Those clips are riveted to the lift gate. The spoiler hangs on them sort of like a picture frame hangs on a wall. The 10mm bolts secure the spoiler from the inside also.
