Removing/replacing full oem wood kit

So alot of the wood trim in my truck is faded and I want to replace it. New kits are cheap enough, but it seems to me the hard part will be getting the old stuff off, and there's alot of it. Any tips or suggestions? Looks like it's all glued on there pretty solid.

what we usually do is take a heat gun to interior wood grains that are fading or peeling off.

Heat it up to get the glue nice and soft then slowly work it off. Then go after it with a 3M adhesive remover/cleaner.

It'll take a good bit of time but you'll get it all off eventually.
