Removing roof rack and wind deflector

Hey all, I want to remove my factory roof rack and wind deflector, and I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on plugging up the holes in the body after I remove them. I saw another 4runner with a thin plastic strip along the the top where the roof rack should have been. Does anyone know the name of that part, and where I can get one? Thanks! Also any suggestion on plugging the holes on the rear door for the wind deflector?

Hey if you want to sell your roof rack I will send you my factory "strips". We could arrange some sort of trade. Of if anyone else has a factory roof rack that will fit a 99' give me a shout.
