Removing stock Fog lights

Did a search and didnt come up with anything.

What is the process of removing the fog lights out the 4runner? I figure it to be from underneath or through the lower grill but I do not have the manual and just wanted to see what you guys had to say.

I just bought this rig and never owned a Toyota before, so please forgive me.
