repair/ build thread 95 4runner

hey guys gonna be doing some work to my yotas thought id share the pics i have a 95 toyota 4runner and a 86 yota landcruiser 4wd low miles!!! here are a few pics my mom has the 4th gen runner!

i installed a new headunit in my cruiser this morning and a front bumber

my 95 i will be putting new belts and pulley and spark plugs also!!:banana::banana:

painted up some trim today and cleaned out the inside and removed slot of stains from back of truck.


Also my black trim on the truck started coming off at the edges so i bought 3M clear adhesive and reattached the trim:guitar3:

I also had some extra VHT nightshades left from smoking out lights and decided to go over the inside door light covers!

my rear plastic cover over bumber was fading reallly bad so i poped it off and decided to primer and paint it today

How much were the subs and amp? Did you put them in yourself?

Nice work! Isn't it amazing what a little masking tape, a rattle can and some blood, sweat and tears can accomplish! Keep up the good work!

it covers great man!! and holds up good! i put some clear over it

And ya i did 1 can per bumber just coat after coat and has a nice rubberized finish! couldnt be happier

ok guys i need advice!!! is there anything left i should black out for the full murdered out look????? were should i put my money next?? Should i re-paint running boards and put them back on ???? OPINIONS PLEASE:thumb3:

I thing you pretty much covered everything unless you got the front headlights a black cover or VHt them, or the grille maybe? If you haven't done it yet man, I love your blacked out runner and I wanted to know how to do you emblems like that?

thanks man i went to autozone tonight and got some sandpaper and bondo on going to take my cracked dash off and seal up the cracks and sand it all down and re-paint it black then im gonna do everything! button panels and door handles and all of that im saving up for new rear coils and front bj spacers then body lift then gonna slap on the 33's i have already and hopefully


on emblems i took at heat gun to them and worked them off the prepped and sanded and hit them with engine paint and then took 3m double sided tape and covered back of emblem and then took razr black and trimmed out what was needed and the cleaned surface on body and re-applyed them!:guitar3:
