Repair exterior window molding, drivers side

Anyone how how to fix this exterior window molding on my 1995 4Runner?

The 1stpic shows what I would like to fix on the drivers side

The 2nd pic is from the passenger side window, and shows the molding piece that is missing.

Any ideas how to repair?

I just replaced all of my 'weatherstriping' on all 5 windows after I replaced my front speakers and found out that water was leaking into the inside of the door when it rained or washed the car. All 5 pieces came to about $105USD from Coincelli Toyota.

The piece is easy to install:

Roll window all the way down
Remove door skin
Pull out weatherstrip (only held in by a tab on the strip)

Assembly in reverse order.:nerd:

Is the new window weather-stripping just 1 piece for the entire window? or does it come in separate pieces that you assemble around the window?

Yours look pretty good. My uncle's '94 truck, it's shrunk and that piece has fell out.
