Repair quote - does this look reasonable?

This is a scan of a repair quote I got from a mechanic I've never been to before, but he drives a 4Runner so I'm hoping he knows enough about them to fix my brake issues once and for all. Do the prices listed look reasonable? He seems trustworthy to me and he definitely seems to know a lot about 4Runners and their history of weak brakes and rotors.

Seems a little high. But if you're running slotted rotors it could cost that much. I don't know if you're in the position to do so but I would do most of that stuff myself. Brakes are a snap. Bolt-off, bolt-on. Then I would take it in and have the lines flushed and the brakes adjusted for proper clearance. Just my take on the situation...I guess to put it in perspective my father's BMW 540 cost about 1500 dollars to do relatively the same repairs. I couldn't justify spending 72.50 to remove/replace brake pads. That takes literally like 15 minutes for all 4.

rotors seem high

The parts seems high to me-are they guaranteed like these?:

I don't do my own brakes but we have shops around here-
"Just Brakes" and they would charge $99 to machine and replace all 4 pads/shoes.

You are upgrading to slotted rotors-so be sure to do your homework (searches) and look to see that they carry the proper symbols -something like PN13 or something like that...

I could not tell if you are running the 15 or 16" wheels...err sorry I see you are a Limited so that should be the 16s I think(?)

You're right...16" wheels.
I've done the brakes myself in the past so I know how easy they are to do, but I don't have the time now to do this myself so I figure I'll just pay someone to do it all at once.

Looks like about a 50% markup.

Why are they charging to repack the bearings? The 4Runner has a floating rotor. The wheel bearings don't have to be messed with in removing the rotor.
