If you can put your nail in them they might be to deep to polish. But it is worth trying. Get some 2000/3000 grit wet sand paper and use a block to sand out the scratches then polish with some compound and a buffer. If they are to deep to buff then get a paint stick from the dealership (use the VIN or paint code) the key is to keep the mosture out , if the sratches are to bare steel.

Ill check em again but im pretty sure they were not deep. kinda seemed like top layer scratches. Ill post up pictures in a bit.

another rule of thumb is that if the scratches seem to disappear when the paint is wet, they should be able to buff out. I used Quixx for some of the 'pinstripes' I got from the woods. I need to do more but I'm waiting for spring to do it.
