Repairing minor frame damage?

So I recently went to install an ARB bumper...
Took my stock bumper off and went to take the tow hooks off from the bottom of the frame, and noticed that the tow hook and frame is bent. Must have been a big A$$ rock or something.
Anyways, I can no longer mount the ARB and have since sold the bumper and put the stock back on.
Now here comes the question, where would I take the runner to get that part of the frame straightened out and how much do you guys think it will cost? I can take pictures of it tonight to give everyone a better idea of what I am talking about.
I live in the bay area and I know there are a lot of members here who do a lot of work themselves so if anyone is interested in helping out a fellow T4R member I would really appreciate it.

Remove the tow hook and beat the frame flat with a big hammer. Once it is flat, reinstall the tow hook and you should be GTG.

OP, if you have access to a welder, I would say the easiest way would be to cut and weld a plate in there.

Heck, before that, just try a prybar in the eyelet and see of it will pull itself back into place...

I tried that when I had the bumper off...That thing did not budge at all

I do not have a welder but have a friend who does that can help... I would like this to be a last resort kind of thing though.
I would like to find a way to bend it back but dont really want to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have a shop do it.

I tried to remove the bolts and they werent budging a bit either...might have to throw something on it to loosen it up but those things were solid...

You might be able to hook a chain or something to it and pull it back straight. I'm guessing it got bent by someone pulling it from the other side. It may help to heat it up and pull it to.

Sorry to revive an ancient thread Rogue, but I have the exact same issue and was wondering if you ever got this fixed/successfully got an aftermarket bumper mounted?

I have the same exact issue as well. I haven't tried to take the bolts out yet, but probably should to see if they will come out.

My thought at this point to fix it is to cut off the very end of the frame rail so that I can insert a push ram like the one included in the link below into the inside of the frame so I can push down on the bent part and straighten it out. This push ram seems to be the only one small and narrow enough to fit inside the frame rail pointed down. I haven't tried it yet, but I was going to do it in the next few months once I get some time. I'm assuming 5 ton of pressure should be enough to push the bent part out, but maynot.

Heat it up with a torch, take a big pry bar and bend it back. use the hook to pry against. If you are nervous with the torch take a scrap piece of steel to stick between the frame and the rad. itll come, do not cool it with water after, just let it cool and itll be just as strong as it was.
