Repairing minor frame damage?

So I recently went to install an ARB bumper...
Took my stock bumper off and went to take the tow hooks off from the bottom of the frame, and noticed that the tow hook and frame is bent. Must have been a big A$$ rock or something.
Anyways, I can no longer mount the ARB and have since sold the bumper and put the stock back on.
Now here comes the question, where would I take the runner to get that part of the frame straightened out and how much do you guys think it will cost? I can take pictures of it tonight to give everyone a better idea of what I am talking about.
I live in the bay area and I know there are a lot of members here who do a lot of work themselves so if anyone is interested in helping out a fellow T4R member I would really appreciate it.

If you find a reputable body shop with a proper frame machine, they should be able to help you pretty easily. Get a few estimates, but without pictures of exactly what is wrong, it's hard to say how much it will be.

It looks like the majority of the damage is on the tow hook and not on the rail itself. I mean, if it's worth it to you, if can probably be fixed for under $250, but that's depending on the labor rate in your area. Here in MA, you'd probably be looking at even a little less. I really can't tell how badly the rail is tweaked, but if it was me and I wheeled it, I would probably just leave it.

Wondering if you could retain the heat of a rosebud to the area that is damaged and just bend it back into place. If there is no suspension or anything close by, that might work. It would weaken the frame in that area though.How much? I don't know. Probably a bad idea, but we used to do that crazy crap on heavy equipment when a frame of a road broom would get bent.
