Replace old 2-piece key/security fob with all-in-one?

The keyring hole on both security fobs have worn through. Can a Toyota dealer replace the key and fob with a current model all-in-one key with built in lock, unlock, window, panic buttons?

I dont know that they couldnt do it, but i went in last year to have one made and they did not offer it, they just made it like for like. Not saying it couldnt be done, a better answer would be to call the dealership.

Don't know about a dealer, but I wouldn't bother with the ones off eBay. I had one, the quality was crap, and it just wouldn't program.
