replace radiator with toyota or after market

Hello,
Recently, a truck backed up into my 1997 4runner. It would have been a minor bump, except the trailer hitch on the truck went through the bottom of the bumper and busted the radiator. My question is the auto body shop plans to replace the radiator with an A/M (after market) radiator. I questioned them and they said the after market radiator is guaranteed but the Toyota radiator is not. Does that sound correct/reasonable? And does it really matter, with a

It does not sound reasonable at all to me. No matter what radiator they put in there, parts and labor should be warrantied.
