:dammit:
So I replaced all injectors in my 01, now the heater is not getting as hot as it was? its-40 here and I would like my heat.
The truck has a miss on cyl at times. (maybe once a week) I clear the code and its good for a week.
Idles at 7, but has a little shutter at idle?
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Kurt

1. Air in cooling system. Bleed same. (I assume you had to drain down to install injectors.)

2&3. Bad injector out of the box or not installed correctly. Where did you get injectors?

OEM>>Rebuilt OEM>>used OEM>>>>>>>>>>>>>new aftermarket.

In regards to the shudder/miss, check your vacuum lines.

Is it throwing a code for the miss?

For the heat, I agree- air in the system.

Yes I have bled the system, not getting it to burp?
According to the scan tool it has a misfire on cyl 1.
The misfire is not consistent, in other words it can be driven for a week with out any issues except heat.
The injectors were re manufactured from Rock auto. Made by auto line ( I think)
Have new o rings, and plenum gasket for another try.
I tried to seat the injectors in rail then install in lower port, I guess one could be off?
Thanks for the help thus far.
