replacement fender trim for 04 Limited

I have an '04 Limited 4Runner with the fender trim painted the same as the truck (silver). Some jerk smacked my right rear fender in a parking lot and chipped the paint on the trim above the wheel.
Does anyone know of a place/website where I can buy this replacement part? Toyota wants $200.

Are any of the above sellers more reliable when it comes to standing behind their parts than others?
Do these flares just snap onto the fender? I also see a screw inside the fender that holds the flare in place.
Also, where can I find directions on installing this part?

A number of those are dealers and should be good. Many of them are highly recommended; I have spent a few hundred through 1st Toyota and got killer prices on genuine Toyota parts.

Toyota Parts Direct is in San Diego (IIRC) and one of their guys is on this forum. There was a whole thread a month ago where he gave instructions to get an additional discount.

Call either of those two direct and see if they can help. I don't know how to install the fender flares.
