WOW, I thought it was $410 for both fronts. I was thinking this was a good deal. I'll stick with my $179 iggee seat covers. LOL. I would rather get a supercharger than rewrap all my seats.
I paid $759.00 to Bruce for both front seats, which I think is very reasonable. The same items from a dealer are about $2500.00 MSRP and around $2000.00 from an online OEM parts seller. And, I think Bruce uses better leather than OEM and his workmanship is better.
$800 is nuts for an off road rig to get new leather. I bought a set of front and rear 2002 cloth seats from a junk yard to replace my Limited's leathers. A bottle of Tuff Stuff cleaner later and they look great. It's significantly better in every way possible than the cheap Toyota leather. Plus the manual seats are lighter than the motorized leather.
Nothing wrong with having a nice interior for your 4Runner. These weren't designed to be full-out off road rigs anyway. Creature comforts were a big selling point when they were new. Btw, you could have manual leather seats on an SR5.
