I just had this done.
I ordered one from the dealer, and brought it myself to a autobody shop. It was about $200 (bumper cover) + $250 (painting), I put it on myself. (Honestly pretty easy.)
One thing is that the box is monsterous, so shipping from someone online will be a bit crazy. Out of the box it just fit with the seats down, with the box you can't carry it in your truck.
Also my autobody guy said they have to return a lot of the bumper covers because they get messed up in shipping. Maybe it's best that you find a recommeded autobody shop, have them order it and paint it. If you put it on, aim for $500 total if you have them do it....??? I dunno.

Depends on how badly it's dinged up. After a minor offroading incident...the right side and the tail pipe got just a tad smashed....oh well ok....majorly squished! I ordered the replacement part of the tail pipe about 135 or so and had my local muffler shop modify the new piece (to avoid future damage) and replace it for me.
As far as the bumper...it's expensive. But I ended up trying BumperSolutions. The guy was excellent!!! I don't know if you have something similar in your area ... but he came to my home...it took him a few hours. He pushed out the damage...shaved/cut/filled, wet sanded, primed, painted (Matched NICELY!), and clear coated it...cost me about 300 bucks. Much cheaper and they were very professional.
These mobile guys, if you have one in your area...give them a shot. My guy said the quote was free and they would do the work on site if I so choose to. Otherwise there was no obligation.
