Have a 2013 Trail. Soon after getting it replaced the bulbs with LED ones from eBay, noticed screws slightly corroded. One of the LEDs really acting up, so went back to bulbs, and screws really corroded. The screws thread into plastic. Took out my calipers measured them up and tried my best to get match.
The two screws, some how my other two pictures didn't get to my server.

If not, the McMaster-Carr part number is 96817A959
Note that they are Torx Plus, so you will need a Torx bit, I *think* it was T20.
Another note, in general you don't want one type of metal screw threading into another type, you get corrosion, that happened on my license plate screws, solved that with nylon ones, also from McMaster-Carr.
Will try to get the other two pics tonight. Also don't have a pic of them in the 4Runner, my neighbor is mister Jeep is the best, and was outside, didn't want to betray the faith.
