Replacing FI's on a 3.4 V6

Hello all:

My '99 Limited (110k) is suffering from a #2 cylinder misfire. I replaced the plugs and wires (Denso OEM), swapped the #1 and #3 coils, cleaned the MAF and TB but I am still seeing the 0302 code. No other cylinders are misfiring. I am pretty sure it is a bad injector although I havent tested the #2 injector due to its difficult-to-reach location. I figure while I am taking the top off the engine I might as well do all 6 injectors. Another reader recommended the Five-O injectors. The tech at Five-O said their kits come with all the o-rings "on the injectors" but none for the fuel rails or any other possible seals. Does anybody know what I will need to pick up in addition to the injectors? I plan to buy a new TB bottom gasket and am considering the TRD TB inlet-side gasket. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm about to change out my FI too, how difficult is it to do? What parts and seal will I need to complete the job besides the FI themselves?

I had mine all cleaned last year. I believe he gave me all new gaskets and o-rings. You need to remove the intake manifold and then the fuel rail will unbolt.

Before replacing the injectors have you tried running SeaFoam through your engine? How about a MotorVac carbon cleaning (http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-g...ng-horrible-but-not-any-more-hopefully.html)?

when i replaced my injectors with supra injectors i just swapped over the old O-rings. I have the stock injectors if anyone needs to buy them. They got about 100k miles on them and work just fine before i replaced them because of the supercharger.
